Siebkens Resort in Elkhart Lake

Purchased in 1916 by our great grandparents, Siebkens Resort is a family-owned, turn-of-the-century resort, nestled in the quaint village of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Beautiful lawns, tall trees and a private well-groomed sandy beach welcome you on your visit.

For lodging, you may choose from two of our historic guest buildings, elegantly decorated with Victorian furnishings, or our new condominum hotel suites. Both provide comfortable lodging accommodations for individuals, families or groups.

Midweek Lodging Special

Dining

Enjoy outstanding meals in our Main Dining Room or Stop-Inn Tavern. Our recipes bring new exciting flavors to your table, along with traditional Siebkens' favorites.

Nightlife and Entertainment

Internationally known as the "best bar on the racing circuit," the Stop-Inn Tavern is also a favorite with locals and tourists. Casual and family-friendly, our Tavern serves lunch and dinner daily. As the sun goes down, the Tavern is a hot spot for good times and good company, along with nightly drink specials and a great jukebox. Enjoy live entertainment on Wednesdays.

Private Events

Open to the public, Siebkens Resort is known for its outstanding and unique ambiance. We are the perfect location for a wedding, family reunion, corporate event or private party.

Ice Cream Shoppe

Enjoy Wisconsin's own Cedar Crest ice cream at our Ice Cream Shoppe. Ice cream cones, sundaes, floats and refreshing beverages are served at our unique octagonal building surrounded by an outdoor patio. Open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Activities

Our groomed sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Elkhart Lake offer a perfect place to vacation with your family. Aspira destination spa, award-winning golf courses, glacial hiking trails, spa, and a racing school are a few area activities that will entice you. Siebkens Stop-Inn Tavern, a popular refueling spot for racing enthusiasts visiting Road America, offers many delights to quench your thirst.
